Carbon Copy Marketing system?
Has anyone had any proven success using the Carbon Copy Marketing system? I am interested in making extra cash; therefore I need to find a legit/hopefully low cost way of doing so. I came across the Carbon Copy Marketing system …but it’s only been out for four years and also cost a pretty penny to start…and I’ve search all over the web for the product review only to be bombarded with the "general testimonials" on the website. Please advise whether or not you recommend this system…ty
I haven’t. When the hype outweighs the solid information, I tend to be wary.
If you have an idea for a product or service that you want to sell, I suggest that you contact your local SCORE or SBA chapter. You can get free advice from experts to help launch your business.
How do I email millions? I need to do some email marketing.?
I see these software programs that are "email millions". I guess you only make 1 email and it goes out to everyone (3 million per day), 70 Million per month. Are their any software programs that do this free (freeware). Please let me know. Or has anyone ever done this type of marketing before? Please let me know. Thanks
Most ISPS do not allow users to send ‘millions’ of emails a day, and there are new ‘do not spam’ laws in effect that have serious consequences if you get caught. And if you don’t know what you are doing, you wIll get caught.
I suggest you reconsider your marketing strategy.
The CAN-SPAM Act: Requirements for Commercial Emailers
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.htm
The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act) establishes requirements for those who send commercial email, spells out penalties for spammers and companies whose products are advertised in spam if they violate the law, and gives consumers the right to ask emailers to stop spamming them.
The law, which became effective January 1, 2004, covers email whose primary purpose is advertising or promoting a commercial product or service, including content on a Web site. A "transactional or relationship message" – email that facilitates an agreed-upon transaction or updates a customer in an existing business relationship – may not contain false or misleading routing information, but otherwise is exempt from most provisions of the CAN-SPAM Act.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation’s consumer protection agency, is authorized to enforce the CAN-SPAM Act. CAN-SPAM also gives the Department of Justice (DOJ) the authority to enforce its criminal sanctions. Other federal and state agencies can enforce the law against organizations under their jurisdiction, and companies that provide Internet access may sue violators, as well.
What the Law Requires
Here’s a rundown of the law’s main provisions:
It bans false or misleading header information. Your email’s "From," "To," and routing information – including the originating domain name and email address – must be accurate and identify the person who initiated the email.
It prohibits deceptive subject lines. The subject line cannot mislead the recipient about the contents or subject matter of the message.
It requires that your email give recipients an opt-out method. You must provide a return email address or another Internet-based response mechanism that allows a recipient to ask you not to send future email messages to that email address, and you must honor the requests. You may create a "menu" of choices to allow a recipient to opt out of certain types of messages, but you must include the option to end any commercial messages from the sender.
Any opt-out mechanism you offer must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after you send your commercial email. When you receive an opt-out request, the law gives you 10 business days to stop sending email to the requestor’s email address. You cannot help another entity send email to that address, or have another entity send email on your behalf to that address. Finally, it’s illegal for you to sell or transfer the email addresses of people who choose not to receive your email, even in the form of a mailing list, unless you transfer the addresses so another entity can comply with the law.
It requires that commercial email be identified as an advertisement and include the sender’s valid physical postal address. Your message must contain clear and conspicuous notice that the message is an advertisement or solicitation and that the recipient can opt out of receiving more commercial email from you. It also must include your valid physical postal address.
Penalties
Each violation of the above provisions is subject to fines of up to $11,000. Deceptive commercial email also is subject to laws banning false or misleading advertising.
Additional fines are provided for commercial emailers who not only violate the rules described above, but also:
"harvest" email addresses from Web sites or Web services that have published a notice prohibiting the transfer of email addresses for the purpose of sending email
generate email addresses using a "dictionary attack" – combining names, letters, or numbers into multiple permutations
use scripts or other automated ways to register for multiple email or user accounts to send commercial email
relay emails through a computer or network without permission – for example, by taking advantage of open relays or open proxies without authorization.
The law allows the DOJ to seek criminal penalties, including imprisonment, for commercial emailers who do – or conspire to:
use another computer without authorization and send commercial email from or through it
use a computer to relay or retransmit multiple commercial email messages to deceive or mislead recipients or an Internet access service about the origin of the message
falsify header information in multiple email messages and initiate the transmission of such messages
register for multiple email accounts or domain names using information that falsifies the identity of the actual registrant
falsely represent themselves as owners of multiple Internet Protocol addresses that are used to send commercial email messages.
Additional Rules
The FTC will issue additional rules under the CAN-SPAM Act involving the required labeling of sexually explicit commercial email and the criteria for determining "the primary purpose" of a commercial email. Look for the rule covering the labeling of sexually explicit material in April 2004; "the primary purpose" rulemaking will be complete by the end of 2004. The Act also instructs the FTC to report to Congress in summer 2004 on a National Do Not E-Mail Registry, and issue reports in the next two years on the labeling of all commercial email, the creation of a "bounty system" to promote enforcement of the law, and the effectiveness and enforcement of the CAN-SPAM Act.
See the FTC Web site at www.ftc.gov/spam for updates on implementation of the CAN-SPAM Act.
The FTC maintains a consumer complaint database of violations of the laws that the FTC enforces. Consumers can submit complaints online at www.ftc.gov and forward unwanted commercial email to the FTC at spam@uce.gov.

Thinking of becoming a CPA since marketing is bad now..?
I graduated from a 2 year college with network technology degree. After moving to georgia & not getting a single client in this marketing business, Im considering taking some online classes from the 2 year college I graduated from such as accounting or whatever the requirements are. But Im also not a math person so a person who sucks in math is not going to be a good cpa?
Ouch , ok thank you then.
I hate to tell you, but becoming a CPA isn’t a walk in the park/piece of cake. Takes a BA in accounting to sit for the CPA exam and the law is changing so that if you dont have your BA by Aug 2009, youll have to get a Masters in Professional accountancy. So unless you want to get your Masters, you are too late to get just 2 years through to sit for CPA. Oh, don’t forget the two year internship too before you can even sit for your license.
Are there any websites which offer a free product to you for the sake of market research and only that?
Are there websites out there that will give you a free mp3 player, computer, phone, game, sports gear etc. without having to complete a certain number of offers that will end up costing you money? Is there truly a no gimmicks website that will give you a product to keep, if you write a customer review and submit it to them?

How can I make money from internet ads?
Does anyone know how I can make money by showing ads on the internet? If my site gets over 50000+ views a month, how much money can I earn? Do the viewers must sign-up for the products or can I make money by generating huge views alone? If you have any suggestions on this please help. Thanks
Also, I’ve read about google’s adsense. Does anyone know much they pay for each click? Thanks
It is hard to say how much your site will earn in a month. First it will depend on what type of advertising you use on your site, and there are several:
- CPM or cost per 1000 impression where you get paid based on the impressions the ad gets. If the advertiser pays $1 per CPM (or $1 per 1,000 impressions), then with 50,000 impressions you earn $50 [50,000/1,000 x $1]
- CPC or cost per click where you get paid not based on your traffic but how many actually clicked on the ad. Google Adsense is mostly this type. So if the advertiser pays $0.50 per click and the ads received 1,000 clicks or 2% click through rate [1,000 clicks / 50,000 impressions] then you earn $500
- CPA or cost per action is where you don’t get paid for the ad impressions you generate or the amount of clicks the ad gets, but for the number of people who actually responded to the ad. The response of course depends on what the advertiser has set it out to be — mostly the visitor has to buy a product; in some cases, the action is a signup for the newsletter or a lead for the company. So for example you sign up for Amazon.com and you sold $100 worth of books – at 7% commission then you earn $7
Then the amount you also earn will depend on how you are getting the advertisers. If you are using a banner ad network or a contextual ad network, understand that there is a revenue sharing between you the publisher and the network. So even if the banner ad CPM campaign earned for you $50 but if the revenue sharing is 60-40 where you get 40%, then your take home is $20.

If you want to be a CPA how do you work yourself up to knowing the wealthy?(Click before replying)?
If you want to become a Celebrity Personal assistant because you love helping others, how can you get yourself known by famous people?
By going to their premeires and award shows? How do you go about doing that?
What if you don’t have a good network and you’re from a semi small city?
Suggestions?
THANK YOU!
There are professional agencies that handle all of these things as well as regular employment agencies. Try some of the nanny agencies in Beverly Hills. If they don’t have something in the personal assistant area, they will know who you should call. Otherwise, get a job at a trendy restaurant, working the lunch shifts, and play it cool at first. Give excellent service and find a personality fit. After a while, they will look for you or ask for your table. When the time is right, you can let them know you are thinking of leaving; some of the other well-known people there have put it in your head that you would make an excellent personal assistant because of your many skills you are not using at the restaurant. If they don’t need you, they may know someone else who does. Keep your ears open. Believe it or not, the best way isn’t crashing parties or hanging out at award shows. It is hanging out where the other assistants hang out. you will find out by being at the restaurants, grocery stores, parks, etc. Keep your ears open. It’s not that hard. Celebrities consider gate crashers to be horrible bores, so stay away from that train of thought you are on.
