I don’t know for sure, but N02 Black by MRI works well. There are many others out there that work just as good or better. I have no experience with the others (only RED by MRI). N02 Red has 166x the daily value of B-12 and that much can potentially cause dangerous blood clots in legs, so stay away from RED. Don’t get me wrong, a lack of B-12 will massively increase risk of clots, even more than extreme excess.

Also, there may be (mostly) negative side effects when elevating your bodys nitric oxide levels so high from supplements, such as your body gaining a tolerance to nitric oxide (ED). This reportedly causes ED (erectile) problems in a handful of people (when off of the N02). I am no expert or scientist, but this is what I have learned so far.
